For Our Less Experienced Carnival Goers:  Jubilee offers our Carnival Concierge with all packages.  This service offers you an experienced Carnivalist that will assist you with all of Carnival needs.  We will give you a carefully curated guide created by our Agents who are highly experienced in bacchanal and will let you know what to expect during your experience with us.
